Party Chief (Hudson Valley Office)
We are seeking an experienced Party Chief for a wide-range of Land Surveying projects including small lots, large boundaries, utility, topographic, highway ROW, road and bridge surveys. A minimum of an Associates degree in land surveying required. Candidate must have at least five years’ experience in field and office land surveying techniques including knowledge of total station, robotic total station, GPS, and mapping. Candidate must possess desire and ability to obtain Land Surveying registration in New York and/or Massachusetts.
REVIT Designer (Finger Lakes Office)
We are seeking an experienced REVIT Designer for building and bridge projects. Associates degree and minimum two years of relevant REVIT work experience required. Experience with AutoCAD desired. Primary duties include modeling and drafting structural plans, details, and notes for educational, medical, commercial, and industrial buildings. Additional duties may include field documentation of existing conditions and transferring to REVIT models, as well as general office duties.
Structural Engineers (Capital District Office, Finger Lakes Office)
We are seeking experienced structural engineers for building projects. Commercial, medical, educational, and industrial building design experience required. REVIT and/or historic restoration interest/experience desired. Duties include structural design, submittal review, construction observations, field investigations, and technical writing. Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Graduate degree in engineering or historic preservation preferred. Four or more years of design experience and Professional Registration is required.
