Paul Rouis III, P.E., Principal, will be a guest lecturer for Penn State's Architectural Engineering Graduate Program today.

Rouis will present on the "Development of Building Code Requirements for Snow Loading and Case Studies of Investigations of Building Failures." Paul is a graduate of Penn State's Architectural Engineering program and is honored to return to campus to give this lecture each year.
