Our diverse experience in the structural design of new building systems is an asset to any design team.
We work closely with architectural firms and building owners to make certain our structural design complements their vision. Our innovative designs provide strong and safe environments for all that use them.
From foundation to roof, we provide the framework for structures large and small. We have broad knowledge and expertise of code requirements and the full range of building materials and systems, which allow us to provide cost-effective structural solutions that respond to the individual requirements of each building project. We are devoted to staying current in the ever-changing world of design and construction by remaining at the forefront of industry trends.
A testament to our success is our extensive and diverse portfolio of building projects. Our thoughtful and collaborative design has helped to shape some of the most essential facilities in our communities. Our hope is to enhance the experience of all that use them.
Building Information Modeling
Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is fully immersed in Building Information Modeling. The use of 3-D, element-based modeling has been a paradigm shift for the industry, bringing design teams together to allow creation and coordination at a heightened level. Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is dedicated to staying on the cutting-edge of BIM technology as we begin to blur the lines of traditional delivery methods, merging design and construction, and creating models that will live and transform for the life of the building. We utilize a Revit platform and have collaborated with architectural and mechanical engineering firms on a variety of projects in the industrial/ manufacturing, healthcare, K-12, life science, and college-university markets. Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis has had an active leadership role in the BIM for Masonry (BIM-M) Initiative. Several national masonry associations have teamed up to sponsor the BIM-M Society, whose primary purpose is to advance masonry modeling tools for designers, and to promote the use of BIM with mason contractors.
