Nadya Larned, P.E., is attending the 2025 NASCC: The Steel Conference. 

The Steel Conference is being held at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky, and connects steel industry professionals and peers over actionable, game-changing innovations that can be implemented immediately. Nadya was accepted into AISC’s Career Accelerator Program with Steel (CAPS) and received a scholarship to the conference. CAPS is a four-year project management development initiative that takes place at the conference. Participants, known as CAPS Fellows, attend specialized project management sessions with the rest of their cohort and receive additional training focused on their areas of project management, including fabrication, erection, and engineering. Way to go, Nadya!
