Otto Schwarz, P.E., S.E.  led a tour of the ConRAC Parking Garage yesterday, which is currently under construction at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. 

Hosted by ACI of Central New York, the tour provided an inside look at the structural work taking place on the project, including cast-in-place concrete footings, columns, and elevated decks. Otto shared insight into the extensive use of post-tensioning throughout the structure's beams, girders, and slabs, giving attendees a firsthand look at post-tensioned concrete construction in our area.
