Paul Rouis and Jerry Craig attended the topping out ceremony for Russell L. Agrusa Hall at the University at Buffalo.

Ryan Biggs Clark Davis is providing structural design services for the $111 million, 85,000-square-foot steel-framed building that will house collaborative spaces, fabrication facilities, student club space, and laboratories for students of the University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. A pedestrian walkway will connect at the second-floor level to the adjacent Jarvis Building. Situated on a portion of campus dedicated to technology, the facility is projected to open in 2029.
