We coordinated with product manufacturers and the contractor to establish acceptable methods and products for patching, sealing, and coating the building; this included color matching and replication methods for the board form finish. We oversaw final mockup of the panels and application methods and once approved by the owner, it was used as the basis of design for the Construction Documents.
We later prepared repair details for the exterior concrete repairs.
Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis also provided the structural design for the layout and preliminary design of debris protection scaffolding for the sidewalk after concerns that pieces of concrete could fall and insure pedestrians. We reviewed drawings of the original structure in the area where scaffolding was to be installed and made site observation and took measurement of existing conditions as required for the work.
