Schenectady CCC Elston Hall Restoration

The restoration of Elston Hall at Schenectady County Community College has begun with the removal and reconstruction of the thickly settled and displaced portico on the east wing.

Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis has been involved in assessing the building façade and working with Schenectady County and SCCC to identify areas of deterioration and distress and develop a plan to stabilize and restore the exterior of the historic building. In support of this work, we have assisted in designing the repairs and temporary shoring for the entry portico on the east wing of the building.
