ETEC Visit

RBCD staff recently participated in a field trip to one of our higher education project sites.  

University at Albany’s Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex (ETC) is being constructed on the Harriman State Office Campus.  The $180 million facility will be home to the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity (first-in-the-nation) as well as the Atmospheric Sciences Research Center.
