Upstate Medical University Health & Wellness Complex
Construction is progressing on the Health and Wellness Complex on the campus of Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.
Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is providing structural engineering services for the new Longevity Institute/Health and Wellness Complex at SUNY Upstate Medical University. The five floor, nearly 200,000-square-foot Health and Wellness facility will focus on healthy aging and Alzheimer's Disease. The building will include numerous medical services under one roof including: radiology, laboratories, adult medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and diabetes treatment. The $154 million facility will include public spaces, patient waiting areas, and a plaza with gardens. Stantec is the Architect, Whiting Turner is the Construction Manager, Fahs is the General Contractor/Superstructure, and Northland is the General Contractor/Foundation.
