Project Update: St. Anthony's Seminary

St. Anthony's Seminary, orginally built as Beverwyck Manor in Rensselaer, NY in 1842, is a three-story Neoclassical style, multi-wythe brick masonry structure finished with stucco and neoclassic sandstone features.

The structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Meera Ramesh and Stacey Thomas, both Restoration Engineers at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis, recently performed a condition assessment of the structure including observations of stucco and brownstone deterioration.
