Welcome, Carol Doggett

Carol Doggett has joined Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis as a Technician.

She will aid in the investigation and construction administration of restoration, educational, municipal, and healthcare projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, and two Associates degrees (Engineering Science and Liberal Arts) from Onondaga Community College. Welcome, Carol.
