David Gawryla has been promoted to Design Engineer II at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.

With the firm since 2020, David is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University’s Architectural Engineering program. He provides structural engineering design support on projects in the municipal, healthcare, and education markets.
