Sheridan Avenue Steam Plant

Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is providing the structural design for alterations and an addition to the Sheridan Avenue Steam Plant in Albany.

The design-build project includes a building to house the new Emergency Power Generation System for the NYS Power Authority and NYS Office of General Services. Currently under construction, the building will house 10 MW of Diesel Emergency Generators that will provide emergency power to the Empire State Plaza, a complex of office buildings which houses several New York State Government Offices. The project is located on the site of the former Solid Waste Energy Recovery System plant in Albany.  CoGen Power Technologies is providing design assistance, technical oversight, and commissioning coordination and Bette & Cring Construction Group is Construction Manager. #ryanbiggsclarkdavis #structuralengineering
