Celebrating Paul Rouis

Paul Rouis III, P.E., celebrates his 35th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.

As a Principal and former President of the firm, Paul is a resource to our Principal team and a mentor to young engineers. His technical expertise includes investigation, repair, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings; parking structure design and restoration; and concrete design. He is currently serving as Principal-in-Charge of projects at the SUNY System Administration Building, Rotterdam Wastewater Treatment Plant, University at Albany, and the Rensselaer Rail Station Parking Garage.
