University at Albany ETEC Building recognized as certified LEED Platinum

The Emerging Technology & Entrepreneurship Complex (ETEC) at the University at Albany has been recognized as being certified LEED Platinum by the United States Green Building Council.

ETEC is a $180 million, 240,000-square-foot hub for innovation, scholarship, applied research, and commercial development. It houses researchers, educators, and entrepreneurs under the same roof. One of the university’s most energy-efficient facilities, ETEC is an all-electric building. Ryan Biggs Clark Davis provided the structural design for the new building; CannonDesign was the Architect.
