RBCD Rewind: Tom Ryan Opens Engineering Firm
2023 marks our 50th Anniversary!
Today we’re sending it all the way back to 1973 when Tom Ryan formed the structural engineering practice J. Thomas Ryan Engineering. He started out in the Rice Building in downtown Troy 10 years after he graduated from RPI. Tom and his wife Bobbi worked side-by-side until their retirements in 1997. His leadership and expertise laid the groundwork for the firm we are today.
