New York State Capital District Society of Women Engineers 20th Annual Merit Award Dinner

Ryan Biggs Clark Davis is sponsoring The New York State Capital District Society of Women Engineers (SWE) 20th Annual Merit Award dinner this week.

The Merit Award program recognizes young women nominated by their school’s faculty and administration based on their achievements in math and science, their character, and their desire for a future career in a STEM field. The Merit Award dinner presents a unique opportunity for the students to network with their peers, connect with local professionals in STEM fields, and learn from two female keynote speakers about their experiences throughout their careers. At the dinner, five + students are awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award, which consists of a monetary gift intended for use toward college application fees, campus visits, standardized test preparation, books, and tuition. Michaela Mueller and Garima Neupane are attending the event. Michaela serves as the Outreach Director for the NYS Capital District Society of Women Engineers (NYSCD SWE).
