Paul Rouis celebrates his 38th anniversary at Ryan Biggs Clark Davis. 

 Paul is a Principal at the firm and provides oversight and quality assurance of the structural engineering design of many of our projects in the healthcare, educational, industrial, civic, and municipal markets. He also works frequently on concrete restoration projects.
