We’re excited to welcome five talented professionals to our team at Ryan Biggs Clark Davis.

We look forward to the impact they’ll make to our diverse range of structural engineering projects and the industry.

Steven Borgia has joined the staff as a Design Engineer. Steven holds a Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering (Structural), with a Minor in Engineering Mechanics from The Pennsylvania State University. He is currently lending design support to projects in the K-12, higher education, and municipal markets.Isabelle Brown has joined the staff as a Design Engineer.

Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a Minor in Architectural and Facilities Engineering, from Clarkson University. She is currently working on structural engineering design projects in the K-12, higher education, housing, and municipal markets.

Avery Price has joined the staff as a Design Engineer. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University (Harrisburg), she recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural design. She is currently providing structural engineering design support on municipal and educational facilities, and contractor service projects.

Maggie Ramos has joined the staff as a Business Office Assistant. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha, she spent 7 years working in a similar role for a construction firm and is providing support to finance operations including invoicing and payroll.

Jeff Shein has joined the staff as IT Manager. With 27 years of similar experience, Jeff manages and supports the firm's IT infrastructure including software upgrades, licensing, user setups, cloud management, and file storage management. We're excited to have Jeff contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.
