Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis provided the structural design for the new precast parking garage in downtown Saratoga Springs. The 610-sapce garage serves the parking needs of the busy city’s visitors and services the City Center, a downtown venue for meetings, events, and conventions.
The $16 million garage is five stories and built on the surface lot between Maple and High Rock Avenues. The project featured a covered pedestrian bridge that connects to the City Center. The City plans to use the structure in unique ways including a local farmers market in the interior spaces in the winter and catered events on the rooftop which will provide sweeping views of the historic downtown.
