Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis provided the structural design of the new standalone Auxiliary Services building on the SUNY Oneonta campus.

The goal of the project was to create a building devoted to OAS and free up space in the Hunt College Union. The project involved replicating in large measure what was contained in the old Auxiliary Services space while improving, expanding, and relocating it to a new location adjacent to Hunt College Union.

The space entails a combination of retail, storage, and office/administration space contained within 20,450 square feet and set into an existing hill adjacent to the present student union. The state-of-the-art building was designed for flexibility as retail services and the bookstore evolve.
