Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis provided the structural design of the new Shatekon Elementary School and an addition to the district bus garage for the Shenendehowa Central School District. The firm also provided the structural design for a new pool building located on the main campus and performed Special Inspections for the school and pool building projects.

The elementary school is a single-story, steel-framed structure. The central core area consists of an open two-story library and entrance corridor and a second-floor mechanical space. The building is clad in brick with interior masonry walls and braced with conventional steel braced frames and masonry shear walls.

The bus garage project consisted of a three-bay addition onto the existing bus garage and included a new maintenance storage area and a wash bay. The building is a steel-framed structure with conventional steel braced frames, moment frames, and masonry shear walls.

The pool building has an eight-lane pool and a three-meter diving board. The building layout provides spectator seating for special events, locker rooms, and a second-level mechanical room.
