Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis provided the structural design for a new $8.5 million, 21,000-square-foot library in the historic town of Warwick.
This two-story, steel-framed structure includes a community room with seating for 100 people, meeting space, art exhibit space, and increased reading and collection areas.
A children’s room with a program area totaling 4,000 square feet was incorporated. This section is more than four times larger than the space in the old library.
