Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis performed a structural investigation of the Gloversville Public Library to assess the physical condition of the major structural components of the building. The findings were incorporated into an overall condition report, which was used to develop a master plan for the building.
Built circa 1904, the library is a two-story structure with wood-framed floors and roof, exterior load-bearing masonry walls, interior load-bearing stud walls and masonry walls, interior columns, and a basement.
