Renovations included site improvements around the mansion structure, including replacement of the exterior retaining walls and northern driveway, as well as repair of the utility tunnel, which extends between the mansion and the boiler room.
Utility tunnel improvements included repair of the interior tunnel walls and replacement of utility supports.
