Otto Schwarz, P.E., S.E., celebrates his 10th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.

Otto provides the structural design and management of many of the firm’s projects in the municipal, educational, parking garage, and industrial markets. He is currently managing repair projects at parking garages, municipal facilities, and wastewater treatment plants across New York State, and he is providing structural engineering design for several semiconductor facilities.
